For the new year, a little change in our phrasing and thought process can go a long way in helping us change our future. Instead of saying "I have to work today" say "I get to work today". Instead saying "I can't afford this" ask yourself "How can I afford this". Instead of complaining about waking up early, be happy that you woke up. Happy New Years Everyone. Shine today and everyday! --Ankit Shukla

It'd be interesting to see what sort of program tracks and models all this. It must be quite large to track all this activity globally. It can be accessed here

Norse Corp is a global technology security firm offering software solutions with real time tracking of Malware attacks. They also run this map of ongoing hacker attacks with the attacker application, geographic location, their target, the attack type and even the IP address of the attacker.

Interestingly, many of these attacks seemingly come from Microsoft Corporation which probably means most attacks are made with Microsoft applications. Makes sense since Microsoft is the industry standard for computing. Also of note, is despite the consistent indications of hacking, Russia has seemingly little to no activity.. it's either very secure or using satellite states or third-parties for attacks.

Pretty fascinating to watch: it really lights up sometimes.
